We can send flowers, plants, and gifts to any physical address in the continental United States the next day when you place an order by a specific time the previous day.
Currently, we use FedEx to deliver flowers to DC and NYC. If you choose a floral bundle, there will be an automatic match with a vase or gift, which is convenient for anyone short on time too.
Since holidays like Mother’s Day have an increased demand for flower deliveries, it’s important to schedule your holiday delivery as soon as possible. Though next-day delivery is possible, you may encounter a slimmer selection of bouquets due to the holiday rush. We do our best to keep up with the demand while keeping quality on top of mind. So, if you know that you want to deliver some stems during a popular holiday, set up your delivery arrangements a few days in advance. This ensures you get the most variety in your selection.
When do I need to place my order for next-day delivery?
We offer next-day nationwide delivery to any address outside of NYC and Washington, DC. To get next-day delivery, customers must place all orders before 2 PM on the day before the delivery date. Due to the close timing between the order confirmation and delivery date, all orders are final and can’t be canceled.
Can I make changes to a next-day delivery order?
No, next-day delivery orders generally can’t be changed. If you need to make changes to your order, these must be done 48 hours in advance, so changes don’t apply to next-day delivery orders.
What are the delivery times? Are there any restrictions? Who is your shipping provider?
For nationwide orders, we use a combination of FedEx’s delivery services that include commercial, ground, express, standard overnight, and priority overnight. FedEx typically offers two delivery time slots from Tuesday through Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM. So you will usually know whether the bouquet is arriving in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Currently, we aren’t allowed to choose a narrower delivery window. Also, perishable items like flowers are not delivered on Sundays and Mondays.
What if the recipient isn’t there for the delivery?
If the recipient isn’t at the delivery address, the bouquet may be left near the front door if the courier considers the place safe and discreet. If it’s not a safe place or a spot where the bouquet can get damaged, it will be brought back to our office, and we will reach out to you to schedule another delivery attempt. However, after two delivery attempts, we cannot guarantee the quality of the order, so at that time, you’d have to place a new order.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, but due to quality control, only our DC and NYC customers have access to same-day delivery. However, next-day delivery nationwide also offers great convenience to our customers who want to send a spontaneous gift! In NYC and DC local delivery zones, FedEx offers delivery windows of 2–4 hours. This is the most specific time we have within the selected delivery window.
