How can I qualify for a Corporate account?
Whether you are looking to place a bulk order or send fewer gifts more regularly, our team is happy to explore which of our Corporate Gifting programs is best for you. We will pair you with one of our specialized concierges to build a bespoke proposal based on your needs. Reach out for more information regarding discounts and promotions, which vary based on order size, shipping location and more.

Do you offer custom products with my company logo?
With ample lead time, we can include your branded materials or products in your sends for a meaningful unboxing. This option is great for influencer sends, promoting the launch of a new product or simply for a more-personalized experience. Inquire for more details on past Custom Campaigns we’ve partnered on!

Where can you ship to and do you deliver every day of the week?
UrbanStems is available within the continental United States. We do not deliver to Hawaii or Alaska. At this time, we do not deliver orders on Sundays and Mondays.

How far in advance do I need to place my corporate order?
For standard orders, we generally recommend placing your order two weeks in advance of your desired delivery date. For Custom Campaigns involving your branded materials or inserted collateral, we request a lead time of 4-6 weeks for proper execution.

Can I track my shipments?
Your concierge will provide you with all of the necessary tracking information after your order has been placed.

Do you do events?
Although we’re happy to provide bouquets for your wedding or special event, please note UrbanStems is not a full-service florist. Upon arrival, your stems will need to be trimmed for longevity and then are ready to be placed in a vase, or wrapped with ribbon for a handheld bouquet. Each bouquet or plant is individually wrapped and are shipped individually for safe travels, ensuring they arrive to you in beautiful condition.
